CAT® Service Commitment
Our commitment to help you keep yours
You are committed to your customers. We are committed to supporting you with optimal working conditions. Through our Service Commitment, included in a Customer Value Agreement (CVA), you receive your parts on time and benefit from the priority service you deserve — including a 48-hour response time in case of an unexpected breakdown.
Promised parts, or we pay. If a common maintenance or repair part is not available when you need it, we compensate you with a Cat Credit of up to $1,000*. And in case of an unplanned failure, a technician will intervene within two days so you can quickly get back to work.
