Equipped with features such as automatic idle, automatic engine shutdown, and a high-performance hydraulic circuit with a variable displacement pump, the Cat hydraulic mini excavator has been designed to reduce your operating costs.
Durability
The C1.1 CAT® Engine complies with EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standards for the United States, Stage V for the European Union, and 2014 for Japan. Cat diesel engines must use ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, diesel with a sulfur content of 15 ppm or less) or ULSD diesel blended with the following low carbon intensity fuels, up to: 20%* FAME biodiesel (fatty acid methyl ester) or 100% renewable diesel, HVO (hydrogenated vegetable oil), and GTL (gas-to-liquid). Refer to the guidelines for successful application. Please contact your Cat dealer or refer to the special publication SEBU6250 Caterpillar Machine Fluids Recommendations. The automatic idle shutdown reduces unnecessary fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by automatically switching the engine to idle mode when the machine is not in use. The engine idle shutdown timer stops the machine after a predefined idle period to save fuel and reduce unnecessary downtime. The speed control allows you to maintain a constant speed while moving on the job site, saving fuel and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The CAT® seat belt reminder provides the driver with audible and visual warnings to remind them to fasten their seat belt during machine operation. The easy-to-install system is compatible with all equipment brands to better ensure driver safety. Extended maintenance intervals not only reduce downtime but also decrease the amount of fluid and filters replaced over the machine's lifetime. Remote updates reduce downtime and maintenance time while keeping your resources operating at peak performance. Machine update alerts are sent virtually by your Cat dealer, and updates can be performed without the presence of a dealer technician on-site. (Dependent on equipment) Remote troubleshooting reduces maintenance time and keeps the machine operating at peak performance by allowing your Cat dealer to virtually test the machine during operation. Once a problem is identified, a technician can resolve it immediately, saving time and money.
