Spend less time maintaining tracks with watering techniques that solve problems of excessive or insufficient watering. Avoid damage to dump trucks and reduce unexpected downtime by having well-watered tracks. The pump has a programmable start and automatically stops when the tank is empty, preventing damage caused by a pump running dry. The Cat 6-speed Powershift transmission with planetary gears, combined with the 3512C direct injection diesel engine, ensures constant power over a wide range of operating speeds. Its robustness guarantees a long service life between overhauls.

The WDS uses an automatic start and stop function to avoid excessive watering at road intersections. The WDS provides variable water flow based on the speed of the truck for more efficient water distribution. The water cannon operates while the truck is idling, reducing fuel consumption by up to 50%.

Reduce Your Fuel Costs We have designed our dump trucks to use less fuel, which reduces emissions and the engine's carbon footprint. Additionally, no fuel is consumed during deceleration. WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM: The water cannon operates at idle, reducing fuel consumption by up to 50% during cannon operation.
Easy Maintenance
Ease of Maintenance Simplified access to daily maintenance points facilitates maintenance operations and reduces time spent on routine maintenance. Thanks to the ease of maintenance and 500-hour maintenance intervals, the machine combines a high level of availability and productivity. The maintenance platform allows access to the engine, hydraulic filters, steering hydraulic tank, and battery compartment. Access to the inside of the chassis facilitates access to the main components, simplifying their maintenance and removal. Ground-level access facilitates maintenance of tanks, filters, draining, and engine shutdown. Automatic lubrication: the automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance time by automatically and regularly lubricating the necessary components. Quick maintenance and filling center: the optional maintenance center reduces daily maintenance time through grouped quick filling connections for steering oil, gearbox oil, engine oil, and coolant. Pressure check points and S•O•S℠ ports Waterproof electrical connectors: electrical connectors are waterproof to moisture and dust. The harnesses are braided for better protection.
