Advanced Productivity Electronic Control Strategy (APECS) The new transmission controls provide greater torque between gears, resulting in faster cycle times, especially on slopes. Benefit from increased productivity while using a more responsive Traction Control System (TCS). Reduce tire wear by maximizing traction by quickly engaging the TCS when wheel slippage occurs. High and predictable performance allows drivers to achieve the lowest cost per tonne.

Discover energy efficiency improvements with automatic idle at neutral. Operate your 777 haul truck at a more economical engine speed and by selecting the gear with speed limitation. Save fuel with integrated engine idle shutdown that automatically shuts down the engine when the haul truck is parked and idling for a predetermined period of time.
Designed for Security
Designed for Safety Greater ease of access with safe ground-level access to fuel filling points and daily maintenance points. Ensure three points of contact when entering and exiting the machine with strategically placed walkways and handrails. Oil bath disc brakes on all four wheels as standard. Ground-level refueling eliminates the need to climb onto the machine to fill the fuel tank. When activated, the ground-level engine shutdown switch cuts off fuel supply to the engine and safely stops the machine. The overload speed limiter works with the dump truck load weighing system to automatically reduce the machine's speed when overloaded. Four-point seat belt for the operator and sub-abdominal seat belt for the instructor seat. Four cameras and radar system to identify potential hazards.

A Technology That Helps You Perform Your Work Integrated systems allow you to make optimal decisions at the right time to increase efficiency and productivity while reducing costs. Get valuable insights into your machine's performance through continuous monitoring and collection of critical machine data via the Advisor display equipped with Vital Information Management System (VIMS™) software. The truck production management system (TPMS) provides accurate material weighing, stores 2,400 payload cycles, and provides reports on weights, transport cycle times, and distances with timestamps. External payload indicators inform the driver when to stop loading to avoid overload risks. The ProductLink™ system enables wireless connection to each machine to track its location, service hours, fuel consumption, productivity, downtime, and diagnostic codes. VisionLink® technologies allow you to wirelessly connect to your equipment to access essential information for your business. The Cat 777 is pre-equipped for the MineStar™ system and includes Cat Product Link Elite and VIMS systems to optimize equipment management, remote monitoring capabilities, machine availability, and component lifespan while reducing repair costs and the risk of serious failure.
Versatility of the application
Versatility of the Application For lightweight materials, a coal bucket of various capacities is available. If your transportation tracks include steep slopes, the two-slope bucket, available as an option, offers excellent retention capacity for the loaded material. The flat bottom of the X bucket is an excellent choice for measuring materials, especially when feeding a crusher. Protect the lifespan of your dump truck's bucket in hard rock, high-impact applications with the optional rubber reinforcement for the two-slope buckets and X buckets.

Long Lifespan New C32B engine with IFL heads (Integrated Fuel Lines) and Dual Coolant Sensor Protection for improved lifespan, uniform temperature, and structural robustness. Longer transmission lifespan and smooth gear shifting with APECS. Automatic timing quickly adapts to operating temperatures to enhance performance and lifespan. Delayed engine shutdown prevents interruptions due to high temperature that can reduce component lifespan.
