Designed to be Performant
The integrated powertrain with differential steering associated with the revised hydraulic circuit offers optimal power and maneuverability for all pipeline laying applications. The electrohydraulic circuit provides better responsiveness and more precise control of the variable speed motors of the heavy-duty winches for increased machine productivity. The differential steering maintains full power on both tracks for unmatched steering, even with a loaded boom, for increased maneuverability in tight spaces. The improved machine center of gravity enhances performance on slopes.
Because Productive Time Matters
The machine is equipped with Product Link™ which ensures remote monitoring for more efficient overall management of your fleet. All engine components are located on the left side for quick and efficient routine maintenance: fill tube, bayonet gauge, air filter, fuel filters, oil filter, and coolant level indicator. Quick oil change is offered as standard to further accelerate maintenance. The drivetrain and hydraulic circuit filters, as well as the fuel tank drain, are located at the rear of the machine and at ground level for easier maintenance. Pressure taps are located in the hydraulic circuit for quick monitoring. The main components, such as the engine, transmission, and reducers, are modular and can therefore be removed more quickly for maintenance, reducing costs and downtime.
Designed for Drivers
The equipment manipulator allows the driver to access all controls and functions of the pipeline laying tractor's equipment with one hand. The ergonomic control handle with minimal effort allows for precise and simultaneous positioning of the hoist cable, boom, and extendable counterweight. The dual brake pedal improves maneuverability and steering control. The planetary differential steering helps improve maneuverability in tight spaces, as well as performance on slopes.
Best Working Comfort
The pressurized and better soundproofed cabin, equipped with an optional heated and ventilated seat, enhances the comfort and productivity of the driver. The ergonomic seat is positioned to improve visibility on the work area and provides convenient access to the levers, switches, and machine control pedals.
Integrated Security Features
The Load Moment Indicator (LMI) is standard. Convenient steps, handles, and a handrail provide safe access and egress. The wider full-sky roof with roller sunshade, additional mirrors, and the angled door improve visibility on the winch, boom, and blocks. The standard driver presence detection system allows the machine to idle when the driver is not seated and locks the powertrain to prevent accidental movement. The rear camera is standard, and two additional optional cameras can be added to enhance visibility around the machine.
