Proven Reliability
The C13 CAT® Engine offers high power density with a combination of proven electronic, fuel, and air circuits. It features a Cat automatic regeneration system, a Cat Clean Emissions Module (CEM) with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank and pump. It has an electric fuel priming pump, a water/fuel separator, and a secondary fuel filter. The rigorous component design and machine validation process results in unprecedented reliability and availability.
Long Lifespan
The transmission and extra-robust axles support extreme applications. The automatic powershift transmission with planetary gears (4F/4R) is equipped with long-lasting components. The full-flow hydraulic filtration system with an additional filtration loop improves the reliability of the hydraulic circuit and the lifespan of the components.
Superior Energy Efficiency and Productivity
New Autodig components with automatic definition tires for high and uniform bucket filling factors offer up to 10% higher productivity compared to the previous Cat model. The lock-up clutch powershift transmission improves energy efficiency while providing optimal performance. Single clutch and gear change between stops for quick acceleration and speed on slopes. Application profiles allow machine settings to be optimized for different applications at the touch of a button. Work supports allow drivers to improve and optimize their skills. Performance Series buckets use a system approach to balance bucket shape with linkage capabilities, resulting in higher filling factors and better material retention compared to other buckets of the same nominal capacity. The engine idle automatic shutdown system significantly reduces idle time, total hours, and fuel consumption. Optional limited slip differentials provide better traction and limit tire slippage, reducing operating costs. Security Features
The rear camera enhances visibility at the back of the machine to allow you to work safely and confidently. The optional 360° visibility system allows the driver to monitor what is happening around the machine at all times. The optional Cat Detect radar technology raises awareness of the environment by monitoring the work environment and sending alerts to drivers in case of danger. The cabin is accessible through a wide door, an optional remote door opening, and staircase-shaped steps that ensure stability in any situation. The floor-to-ceiling windshield, large mirrors with integrated blind spot mirrors, and rear camera provide excellent panoramic visibility. Computerized monitoring center with multiple warning indicators. The monitored seat belt is provided as standard and can be upgraded with an optional external indicator. Optional access lighting and an access lighting system for maintenance under the hood provide illuminated access to the machine and daily controls, even in the dark.
Work Comfortably in the Brand New Cabin
Seat and suspension easily adjustable for better driver comfort. It is available with three levels of equipment and can be equipped with a 4-point harness. Extra space to increase legroom and adjustable seat controls for optimal driver comfort and performance. The automatic air conditioning system maintains the desired freshness in the cabin. The new dashboard and high-resolution touch screen(s) inside the cabin are easy to use, intuitive, and user-friendly. Soundproofing, seals, and viscous cabin mounts reduce noise and vibrations to provide a quieter working environment. The electrohydraulic joystick steering system mounted on the seat offers very high precision and reduces driver fatigue for maximum comfort and precision. An HMU steering wheel is also available. The next-generation anti-roll control functions as a damper, allowing for a smoother ride for the driver on difficult terrains. Inclined steps and convenient driver handles make access to the workspace easier. Larger windows improve visibility, while convex and blind spot mirrors expand the driver's field of vision to the rear and sides.

Specific versions for each application directly from the factory for optimized performance and longer lifespan in the most challenging applications, including: - The Industrial and Waste Sector models include the necessary protections and reinforcements for work in transfer stations, recycling depots, landfills, and demolition sites. - The Forestry model enhances lifting and digging capabilities for efficient and productive log and chip processing in paper or pellet mills and sawmills. - The Steelworks model is designed for the harsh working environments of steel mills and slag handling applications, and it includes enhanced safety features. - The Block Door model is equipped with the power and stability for work in quarries.
