Labour and Independence Day of the DRC

Two symbolic celebrations recently brought together Congo Equipment employees: Labor Day and Independence Day of the DRC. These highlights offered an opportunity to honour the commitment of the teams, the recognition of the work accomplished, as well as the values of unity, sharing and cohesion that drive the company.

On the occasion of Labor Day, the Congo Equipment workers' union brought together the teams in a friendly setting to salute their professionalism and their daily contribution to the smooth running of the company. A few weeks later, the celebration of Independence extended this spirit of gathering, by honoring the sense of belonging, national pride and the ties that unite employees beyond the professional framework.

These two celebrations were a reminder of the importance of human relations in the collective dynamics of the company. They offered the teams moments of sharing and proximity, while valuing the efforts made every day in their various missions. Between recognition of the work accomplished and celebration of a common heritage, these meetings have contributed to strengthening cohesion and team spirit within Congo Equipment.
