The Training Department of Congo Equipment is dedicated to the operation, maintenance, and repair of machines, offering training programs designed in accordance with Caterpillar manufacturer recommendations.
This department provides continuous training for Congo Equipment's internal teams, partner subsidiaries, and clients aiming to enhance their skills. The goal is to ensure consistent upskilling and to develop the technical knowledge and expertise of participants.
Depending on the needs, training sessions can be organized directly on-site or at one of Congo Equipment's training centers. These centers, located in Lubumbashi, Fungurume (TFM), and Kolwezi, are equipped to provide an optimal learning environment.
CIAP Certified Trainers
Our trainers, certified by CIAP (Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program), and some also certified as mining technicians on SOHT (Small and Large Off-Highway Trucks), LWL (Large Wheel Loaders), and TTT (Track-Type Tractors), bring their expertise to your service.
We provide personalized support for recruiting your technicians using reliable and proven testing tools developed over several years. These tests include two evaluations tailored to different technician levels, whether they are juniors, seniors, or experts.
Upon completing this assessment, a comprehensive report is provided, including a list of mastered and to-be-acquired skills, a detailed evaluation of the candidate for potential recruitment, and an individual training plan to support their professional development.
